How it works:

When you say Yes Please!, you’ll be asked a few questions to tell me about the project and your goal.

There will be a spot for you to drop in the documents or links to the materials you want to be audited.

Within 48 hrs I’ll confirm receipt, start date, and turnaround time.

Please note: You must submit your documents or links via the guided assessment before we can begin work.

If you do not complete the assessment after purchase, you will receive a reminder email 24 hrs later.

If you still do not complete the assessment and submit the required information, you will receive an automatic refund and will have to start the process over again.

Once you have submitted your complete assessment, you may request a total refund up to the time a confirmation email is sent detailing items received, start date, and turnaround time [known as the start work email].

Once the start work email has been sent by our system, you may receive a partial refund on the portion of the audit not completed.
